Our R&D and quality control ensure reliability and consistency across our range. All products undergo rigorous multiple checks and live testing, in our facility in Nuneaton. Microchips, toner, and component parts are batch tested, and every toner product is monitored throughout the remanufacturing process.

Materials received by PCL Direct, for the remanufacturing process, such as used toner cartridges, other consumables such as rollers, drums, transfer units etc and discontinued machines are rigorously tested for suitability, as part of the strict quality control process.

Remanufactured products are subjected to multiple checks and live testing with the batch testing of chips, toner, and component parts. All remanufactured toner products have batch labels to include the date of manufacture and type of product which links back to a LOT number. These are recorded and tested every time new raw materials
arrive. 

We only use OEM original products; professionally cleaned to guarantee the very best quality, and specially sourced chemical toner of the highest grade, assuring long-life and peak performance.

Our testing and quality control facility within our current premises is constantly evolving, working towards the continuous development and improvement of current and future products, including our unique new R-Premium branded toner, which uses OEM powder, controlled under strict quality conditions, while reducing the impact the environment.

We have further enhanced our capabilities in toner output but also implemented an improved flexibility in working with multiple brands of toner by adding three high-capacity filling machines to our process.

One is dedicated to filling black only and two are designed to fill directly from the 10kg bulk bags, of CMYK products, with little or no down time required for cleaning. This takes our filling capability up to 8 machines and improves filling capacity by 45%. We have continued extensive R&D activities creating new technical hybrid OEM/Aftermarket products that are a one-of-a-kind solution in the marketplace.

Finally, while our core business is mostly the remanufacture of OEM-class toner, the range of products now extends to the re-engineering of other consumables and parts and a wide range of world-leading OEM products.
