Our 12-month warranty scheme, accessible through an on-line portal on our website, is based on OEMs’ warranty models and guarantees the same or better performance. Our comprehensive 'build and test' procedure ensures full traceability and verification, in the event of warranty claims.

Based on the number of products we produced and shipped, between September 2023 and July 2024, our recorded warranty return/failure rate is just 0.274%.
