Purchases can be replaced or credited if they are deemed faulty on receipt, or if an incorrect item has been received. If an item has arrived incorrect, you must notify us immediately. Items outside of this period will be rejected. If an item has been ordered incorrectly and you wish to return, a returns fee will apply – please contact us for confirmation.

All orders placed by 3.15pm will be shipped same day, subject to stock availability. All deliveries are sent out via courier (DPD or Palletways) for a next day delivery service. Other couriers may be used for 2-4 day services dependent on your location.
